Mentorship, sponsorship, and career development programs are crucial for advancing professionals in the financial sector. Research shows that significant disparities exist between men and women in terms of access to mentorship and sponsorship opportunities, influencing how their careers progress.
By empowering women to take leadership roles, we can build a more inclusive and supportive financial ecosystem that fosters the professional growth of women. Mentorship and sponsorship programs play a pivotal role in advancing women's leadership and creating market-based solutions to promote gender equality in finance.
To address these gaps and support women in the financial sector in Luxembourg, our working group has mapped out existing public networks and mentorship programs specifically for women.
This list does not feature "company internal" mentoring programs.
